Equipment with unique appearance

I think having the equipment that is equipped actually appear on our characters with unique appearances like how it is done in Diablo 3, would help make for more customization. As it is now, the characters seem very static despite the beautiful design. Is this something that will be added in the future?

There will be enough customization later on you can get hair colors and eye color in game through archivments and probaly many outfits with cash shop.

And you can customize your shild for example with a item later on in game which change the appearance.

Diablo3 is probably the worst possible example you can give.

I was just using Diablo 3 as an illustrative example of how in some games when you equip a gear piece it actually appears on your character. It was just the first game that came to my mind.

Too much time, money and potential loss of money. There’s a reason for a cash shop. Its for people willingly to buy in exchange become a special snowflake.

Have to agree on that, most likely the biggest cash flow for IMC is gonna be from the cosmetics.

I just pray there wont be any kind of RNG cosmetics - like a lucky box wich costs 5 bucks and gives a skin at random otherwise some useless pots

I mean RNG is fine as long as no real money is included.

Fixed costs for skins and other stuff and itll be alright.

ya duh thats what im talking about - its real money boyz our hard earned juice - dont wanna gamble for something…its like ill go into a clothes shop and gamble for some trousers - after 100 bucks all i get are pink panties haha

if they do some in game events RNG is not a problem but Item Mall and RNG is really a bad idea

in other versions it chance to give end game equipment

Thats true, if item mall has interesting outfits or if there are events with gear that could work. With crafting its just nice to see something that looks similar to its description. I would like to possibly have at least a generic design for things such as plate-type armor that looks plate-ish and chain-type that looks chain-ish , not everything needs to be unique though.
