Bug Description :
After logging in from maintenance, Both of my characters had a blank equipment slots. All items that were equipped were missing and was not in their inventories. Even the TOS Celebration costume.

I suppose this is a character that was merged from Varena, and that you didn’t have enough character slots in your Telsiai account. In this case you’ll have to either buy more slots or delete characters. As for your equipment goes, just check the market NPC and go to “Retrieve” tab, all your stuff should be there.

My game had the same issue, but then even after getting my equipment back my Highlander costume was still missing. How do I get it back?
