Issue: After the rank reset with the voucer, all my equipment from the corresponding new tab implemented yesterday with the patch, is gone!! Well, this is the actual behavior of those items:
- They seem to be with me but invisible
- I can endlessly repair them
- Whenever I get more items, if I don’t equip them, they also disappear/become invisible
Except reinstalling, I’ve tried everything and I don’t think that will solve the problem. It’s been more than 12 hours at the time of writing this and the issue is still present.
I even lost the leveling items given from the returning player event.
All the other categories of items are safe.
I need help, please!
