One of the best thing in world of warcraft is the way to customize your character as you want, equipment included with transmogrifation. It’s important to me looking my character growing with new equipments that i find during grinding or questing and i miss this gratification feedback so much, without counting that everyone seems to be identical to me. I know that maybe this isn’t doable but why don’t you do an aesthetic for every single armor piece? You did it well with weapons, why not also for armors? The lack of customization in a mmorpg let me feel one of many and not The Only One, this is the reason why i quitted the game.
