Environmental Game Additions pt2

Keeping the population busy with things to do without boring them can be quite a challenging task. i think the key would be getting everyone to become an integrated part of the community, helping their fellow players while maintaining the economy and moral. I hope these ideas will be well received. There are two class specific jobs and four jobs most everyone could perform.

-Jobs, An NPC called the entrepreneur (present in all towns) could offer a list of jobs/task the player could perform in return they could receive silver and a buff that last for 2hrs. The all jobs can be performed daily and for some there is a bonus offered if the player commits to doing that job repeatedly over time.

  -_The Healer_, The player (Cleric Class) will heal 25 people in town 
  REWARD=25,000 Silver, All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs,

  -_The One That Got Away_, Complete all 10 fishing cycles first, then tell your fishing story to npc
  REWARD=20,000 Silver, All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs, BONUS: New Fishing Rod after 200 stories

  -_The Sponsor_, The player (Alchemist) will party with someone and take them thru the Awakening
    process.  Upon completion the player will get the reward.
   REWARD=30,000 Silver,  All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs

  -_Tour Guide_, A level 300 or above player will join any lower dungeon( 270, 230,180, 120, 50) and its party
   members assist in clearing the dungeon and killing the boss.
   REWARD=30,000 Silver, All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs, BONUS: Tour Guide Hat after 100 tours

  -_Law Keeper_, Player will report 10 Silver Sellers (right click on shout name and click Report Bot/Report
    Seller)    
   REWARD=40,000 Silver, All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs,  BONUS: Officer Outfit after 100 reports

  -_The Bard (new addition)_, Player will play 10 songs on chosen instrument (it can be the same song)
   REWARD=20,000 Silver, All Stats +2/Loot Chance +1 for 2hrs,  BONUS: New instrument after playing 200 
   songs 

-Instruments, Adding the skill/ability for players to play instruments gives them something else to do aside from questing, and hunting monsters. While chatting, taking a break, or waiting on a dungeon queue the player can play melodies and scores easing the minds of their fellow weary travelers. This feature also could be expanded in the following ways.

   -New Items, Lutes, flutes, Horns, Drums, Cymbals can be obtained from quest or as rewards for doing jobs.

   -New Titles, as a player gets better at playing their instrument they could potentially get titles such as 
   (fiddler, strummer, composer, traveling mistro)

   -Play Your Part, each player's instrument can play the same song but it can be a different part of the song 
    and when played together creates a symphony of music.

  -Collectible Scores, Music scores can be collected by players from holiday events 
   (Christmas, springtime, Valentines, anniversary music) This item should be trade-able via team storage    
     market and shop to encourage market growth)

  -Bard Class, A new class could be created to accommodate these items. Bards could potentially be a 
   support class, using music to motivate and buff party members. Taking the idea of the "Pied Piper" a Bard
   could control enemies with music, hurt them with harsh cords, or even manipulate the instrument itself
   to deal damage  (Strings, Drum sticks, swing instrument).
