Entire Class Skill Revamp

As we all know most of the classes have absolutely useless skills that you wont even put one point on it even if u had a skill point. It makes you wonder why it’s even there in the first place. It makes me question the dev’s efforts into making this game.
I don’t know if this was even brought up at all, and most likely it has been. But ever since the beginning of the game’s development most skills have been nerfed again and again, not buffed. Skills that are useless are left untouched. Rather, there has been zero class skill patch notes even announced, class re-balancing patches, etc. Everything has been from datamining.

Maybe the dev’s are more interested in fixing bugs, or solving server connections. Maybe they are just content with having the server up 24/7.

But how much longer do we have to wait for a Class skill revamp?
I’m not just talking about pyro’s flare, cyro’s ice blast. I’m talking about all the classes.
Sure there’s 80 classes in the game with 80x5-8 skills, but with literally half of them usually useless, it’s doesnt allow for much diversity.

Start making skill rebalancing patches now.

It is a great suggestion you made but many people will only see: Remove Peltasta and place swashbuckling on Swordsman.
Also I don’t cope with “metas” right now because the game isn’t even near the real late game so, may skills we have now will be useless later I think.
Well, we can just wait and see and also hope for some fix on skills that aren’t working properly.

I’m convinced that every crap skill has hidden interaction that might make it good. Thats the only logical reason for something like for example shield lob to exist.

Still think they need to fix stability for servers and optimization before they start focusing on class balancing. Make the game run correctly first.

It gives the peltasta a ranged attack…
It doesn’t sound as much… But, hey it’s something…
That doesn’t mean is a good skill anyway… as a Peltasta you should draw closer enemies to you… but it may have some uses to avoid your mage being hit by an enemy…
