No idea what you’re supposed to do with those… You can’t click on them to get the money, and you don’t have any option to use them when you click on an anvil to enhance an item. Or are they used only if the enchantment cost is greater than 100k?
Yup when the cost is > 100k they kick in. You will get a prompt to use one or not.
