Bug Description :
The Murmilo Cassis Crista attribute skill increase 40 % per attribute is not working as intended
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Learnt the skill attribute
- Tried umbo blow without Cassis
- Tried it with Cassis
- Repeated above steps several times, didn’t find a substantial difference let alone 40%
