So I see many people say Reflect Shield is useless. They recommend to rather put more points in Energy Bolt, to reduce cast time for Lv1 Bolt. However, several other people say Reflect Shield is really good to prevent hitlock from low damages or DoTs.
Do both skills suck late game? Which one is worse? In my Wiz3 build I have 11 Skill Points I can put in Energy Bolt and/or Reflect Shield. Could also do a 5-6 distribution or sth like that.
