For as long as I know, the attribute for Energy Bolt that increases damage on sleeping targets has not been working properly.

As the description says it’s supposed to deal 50% extra damage per attribute level on Sleeping enemies, so 50% at Level 1, 100% at Level 2, and then 150% at the max level of Level 3.
As it is right now, and has seemingly always been however, it stays 50% at all 3 levels. Level 2 and 3 change absolutely nothing about the attribute, so either they need to be removed (so there only is 1 level to begin with) or it needs to be fixed so that the damage increase goes up per level as said.
