Endless Loading Screen

I went from Nevellet Quarry F1 to F2 when my loadingscreen just froze at about 2/3.

I can log in on my other char without problems. but the stuck char just wont load. i tried several restarts and all available channels to no avail.

Char: Kill Mooze
Server: Fedimian

All topics with this issue were from back in the CBT so i made a new one.

I never had this problem until i updated my nvidia diver.
Can someone confirm this ?
now on loading screen takes up to two minutes
