So who exactly are physical DPS good for taking out? And is scout’s cloak easy to notice in PvP, or is it a full cloak?

Wizard 3 for Quickcast’s 50% extra magic damage+ with Warlock rank 7 for the cookie cutter damage build.
For CC builds instead, Cryo 3’s snow rolling and the tree can’t be blocked by plague doctor. And hangman knot by linker can’t be blocked too.
