Yes. I used it just now. Basically they are 100k worth of silver for enchantment purposes only.
I did enhance my weapon, and the coupon didn’t work, is it need to do sth to activate it?
The enhancement cost needs to be 100k+ for it to trigger (must have it ready in inventory and NOT locked). For example:
150k cost = one 100k coupon + 50k silver that you carry
390k cost = three 100k coupon + 90k silver that you carry
