Yes, you can only have the higest value … I was once frustrated when I have them all (armor and weapons) with Attack Ratio +2 was expecting 12 but only adds 2 haha XDDD
thats until incoming patch though cause i read in the future it will stack to its max value

Never saw any changes to that on the ktos/ktest patches, IF you are really so sure about it, why not point out youserlf to give stability to your statement? I mean, you should know which patch had the change if you read them…

I follow ktest/ktos thread almost daily, I think a big and weird change like that I would remember easily
The only change I remember being somewhat close to that was new obtained Enchant Jewel being able to stack on the inventory, the item, not the enchant itself. This is already implemented.
You are claming something as true, you are the one who should provide source to prove it, not the other way around lol
