Emmet Forest Map enter bug

how to fix it? my one character enter map Emmet Forest from Kule Peak then my game alway crash and cannot login by that character.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log-in
  2. enter any channel with my Select Character (Swordman)
  3. screen loads only 60% after a few seconds it crashes
  4. restart the client and repeat

Have you tried turning off the Optimization setting?

thanks for reply
but this bug is happen on only one of my character that enter this map, others character can login normally (but i never try to going Emmet forest by others character)
