Elixir of HP Recovery no longer can be exchange for medals?

For the hair costume exchange, there is no problem but the elixir of hp potion.

Same with the Elixir of SP Recovery despite the description/etc. not being updated:

Pressing exchange to medal does nothing, obviously.

the bug is fixed now, after the maint

the UI showing 30 medals was probally a bug, now if it show 10 (sp pots) and 5 (hp pots) medals, then it is exchangeable
