Bonus! 3. Worthless skill in mainly pve. Stick to Sleep if you want a true CC, especially if you’re Wiz 2/3.

It does work on flying monsters, sleep doesn’t. So it has its use. But franky lvl 1 is 5 sec, you simple don’t have points to spend on it really.
Ok thanks everyone for the replies. Because elementalist does not have much CC except earthquake and sleep, in addition of hail with random freezing chance. So I am thinking if stone curse can help me in pvp lol.
How much the damage decrease for people in curse stone state?
if im not wrong its 50%. thats why i see when i use stone curse.
