Ok so I’m building two wizards and one is Wiz3/Ele3/Warlock which is currently at Ele1 and the other is Wiz1/Cryo3/Sorc2/Warlock which is at Cryo3. All is well. My problem is putting in the skill points for Ele3. I’m thinking 15/15 Electrocute, 15/15 Hail, 5/5 Frost Cloud, 10/10 Meteor. I know most people put 1~3 points in Rain but it doesn’t seem all that useful to me. Should I take a few point off Meteor and put in Rain or should I just max out Meteor skill? Thanks for the help.
