so i would like to ask if Hail depends on ur ping cause in some demonstration i saw in videos Hail drops fast and frequent mine was little by little
sometime i feel that too with my elementalist but i believe that it doesn’t rely on ping, just random chances. hail doesn’t say how much of the actualy ice shard will fall, it only gives you the duration.
but i might be wrong, take it with a grain of salt.
