Does anyone know how the number of hits in this move are calculated? I understand on tosbase it has 9 targets, but how many times does each target get hit?
I dont know how many hits but every elementalist should max this

Yeah I think you’re right. From the videos I can find the spell will release 3 “bolts” that will bounce around until each of them hit the max number of targets. Would be great if someone who played Ele can confirm this.
