Ehi IMC, is ToS compiled with Intel C++?

I always had very big problems running this game, even with a good graphic card (GTX960) and a good processor (Phenom II1055T) which is more than enough, i still have very bad FPS, 5~15 FPS.

There’s been a huge internet storm about softwares running really bad with AMD processors if they were compiled with Intel C++.

Is this the case?
Because there is a guide for patching .exe files, like this one

nah i have intel processor and this game still runs like shjt so AMD CPU is not at fault

It isn’t compiled with ICC, it is compiled with MSVC.
Simple proof : MSVCP100.dll
Not so simple proof : RTTI
