Can TOS have this option?
If we can turn off effect skill etc. maybe fps increase?

I actually wish ToS had smth like RCX (cuz those guild battles will be a nightmare with effects both on and off), but apparently devs have more pressing matters and it seems too difficult making it as an addon, so…

You can see nothing using this addon, good luck. 
That’s the point. Also a huge fps boost on bosses and in crowded areas.
Does this addon also disable damage numbers ? Any option for a problem like that?
