Hey!
As far as I noticed all my costumes were replaced with Exchange Vouchers. BUT my Quarrel Shooters Special Effect Costume, which I bought for TP is still there. And I haven’t found any way to exchange it with other special Effect Costumes. Since they removed Running Shot my QS Costume is not useful for me anymore. I would like to have the Ranger or Archer Special Effect Costume instead 
Does somebody know a way to exchange them? Did I miss something? Are the GMs planning to allow us to change them?
