I’m 2/2 entries done, and cannot use earth tower reset voucher, it doesn’t allow me, says : “You can only use this item if 1 or more entries have been done”
This messed up my party and my runs, now i’m at 50 essence on that char, can’t run ET during event more times.
Also i couldn’t enter on other characters in a NEW RUN in which my old char hadn’t been.
Please fix.
I feel you ma bruda. Same problem here. Fix or refund asap.
We need some position since the event is going to finish soon. Also, a lot of people spent 50kk+ buying earth Tower resets.
This bug needs to be fixed asap or we just need some refund, because we have a non-functional item.
Are you still facing a problem with the Earth Tower 1 Entry Vouchers? We looked into it and there should be no problem now. Please make sure to restart your game before trying the voucher again 
If you couldn’t enter on other character on a completely new run with a new party I would recommend verifying the files and sending in a Support Ticket with a video so that we can review your issue more thoroughly.
Tried now, resets seem to be working. I will try to recreate the new party run issue.
