A friend of mine is 260 lv and he wants to go in Earth Tower Lolopanther Area, but he cant find it. How to get this place?? Somebody can help me?

Kyle, thanks, but the npc says that is for 280 level, i didnt understand , Wasnt Earth Tower Lolopanther Area for 260 lev? And the data base says that must to talk with Kupole Lhuta npc.
You can go in at lvl 260. the recommended level is 280 because the mobs in there are lvl 280.
Kupole Lhuta is inside the tower
