Let’s say I bought the 3 month exclusive access, come June, will the server reset? And the 3month access is just for me try out the ENG version of the game? Or will my character remain?

All I can say is how Early Access really works, not how it will affect this game.
Early Access is a method of getting players to play a game before it is ‘ready’, however it is not considered a Beta or Alpha by any means. It is ‘unfinished’ but people are allowed to play it indefinitely. Typically; people who enter Early Access are -supposed- to debug the game and help fund the product as it moves forward. This type of marketing is usually employed by indi-devs due to lack of funds.
The principle itself is fine; how it will affect ToS though I couldn’t tell you.
PS: Early Access is a stigma in today’s market due to the sheer amount of unfinished products on steam.
