DYE hair doesn't work

Bug Description :
Hello, I buy a DYE for my character hair, but the color doesn’t change.
I’m an old player, and years ago I went into the mission that gives you pink hair, and now I can get rid of it even using a premium blond DYE.
In addition, if i put to my character a wig, happens the same, even if the wig is blond, is looking pink

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Complete the achievement to have pink hair (Unexpected Test)
2. Apply the pink color in character settings (this doesn’t appear anymore)
3. Go to the beauty shop and get the DYE
4. The color doesn’t change
