im an old player and i wanna play tos again then reinstalling etc done after i launch the game and error pop ups i just press ok cuz im thinking maybe its just a steam bug so the patcher might fix it after the patcher the client didnt launch im hoping you could help me pls i love this game any help would be appriciated
I would recommend that you send the Support Team a ticket that has all the information about your system and the type of error.

how do you send ticket i’ve already tried things to fix but no hope 
got the minimun already tried things like reinstalling verifying cache on steam and reinstalling directx and c++ 2003-2015
a lil summary:
first error dsetupdll shows up before patcher then i pressed ok. then after patcher patch things it close but the client didnt run which should be running after the patcher closes
it runs quite well before i quit 3months ago now you cant even get in to the game thats sad
