Got same thing before… log out and login or restart the client or changing zone one of these would fix it for me.

Nothing of the sort worked for me: relogging, changign zones, trying to connect to other servers then coming back to your server, restarting modem, praying to Vakaryne, sending ticket.
Basically a day lost in terms of events, mercenary and dungeons. yey!!!
Thats was sad!! is not worth to use any token.
Yeah, my Token ends tomorrow, I’m simply not using another until these issues are solved!

The same is happening at Silute, I lost 3x one entry voucher that I used yesterday…
A quick hotfix I read from other sites when you encounter this problem.
If you are from Telslai, then log-in to Varena, then log-out again.
Vice versa if you are from Varena.
The same goes Orsha/Klaipedia. Though I am not sure about Fedimian and Silute.
