Dungeon Stuck at 100 queue

Bug Description : Dungeon always gets stuck at 100 queue wait limit.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Visit a dungeon/merc post
  2. Queue for a dungeon

UPDATE: Got it to work again. Reinstalling fixed the no chat problem and the dungeon 100 queue.

yeah, I had a copy of the game before the patch in my external, then I deleted the ToS on my com and just transfered the old ToS, verified the game’s local files and never had the 100 queue bug. I also removed all my add-ons.

verify integrity of files seems to not work… I’d really hate to have to reinstall this game -_-

so I uninstalled the game then downloaded it back same thing. sent out a ticket and they just said that their developers are looking into it… Now I want to reply to the ticket that I made but there is no option to do so… 2 days without dungeon/mission/saalus and 1 day left on my dungeon reset vouchers.

I just log out once or twice and then it fixes itself, very annoying though.

Another day, no dungeon queue possible. Stuck at “100 Total waiting in queue”.
Multiple reset tokens and XP books ran out. On top of this, I cannot even queue up with a friend. If I cannot play the game with friends, it severly diminishes the point of play for me. I understand that the bug is known to the devs, but…

…we just had a newbie event, which attracted me. And now I see basic functionality is broken. Uhm…

I tried multiple solutions proposed, including
-a full, 100% clean reinstall of the game
-logging into Orsha, then back into Klaipeda
-removing all addons

This is clearly a server issue. Please fix this, IMC. Stuff like this is why you lose players, including those that are actually interested in your game.

i just came back from a year ago, and now… this… happened… bugs all over again.

should at least make an announcement about the current state of the issue, shoot. A lot of people straight up can’t login, and those who can are stuck with this 100 queue bug.

it is really bad for token users… I didnt know by doing log out and log in could have solved the issue so I wasted like 7 - 8 days worth of token…

For those affected: I found a fix…maybe.
Enter a broken queue, and wait. After about 30 minutes, it reset for me. Yay.

Edit: No, not a fix. The moment I group up in a party, it breaks again. Awful show, game, and my friend I was playing with wants to quit now.

Ok, so after over a day of not being able to queue, and reinstalling multiple times, updating windows, etc etc., I uninstalled one last time and went into steamapps folder and manually deleted the TOS folder. Reinstalled again, tried just now and it works.

Is this a result of what I did? No idea. I can say I tried everything I could think of to narrow down the issue, from deleting specific files to have them redownloaded on launch, to trying a VPN to see if it had something to do with the internet in my specific region. None of that worked. So is it the result of a file corruption? Is it network related? Who knows.

Tried uninstalling and deleting tos folder from steamapps before reinstalling. Queue still broke.
