Dungeon reset scrolls expiry date

the official announcement about the dungeon reset scrols states:

The compensation message and rewards will last until Saturday, April 9, 2016 01:00 AM (EDT)

does this mean the items will be deleted on that date even when we already took them out of our mail? or will we be free to use them after april the 9th?

Pretty sure it’s the expiration on how long you have to claim them. I have mine sitting in my character’s inventory and there’s no expiration on them. I don’t see why there would be after you claimed them.
