Dungeon queue squatters, why is this still a thing?

I’ve been trying to queue into the 330 dungeon all night. At no point has there been 5 people queueing this thing, so it’s not going to just start itself.

But all night I haven’t been able to run it, because one person is just sitting in the auto-queue and not selecting the 2-4 match. I find myself asking, why is this a thing?

Why can’t I just right-click and ignore a person from the queue window and not have to worry about queuing with them ever again?

Why can’t I decide to select an alternate auto-queue?

Why can’t it just auto-boot the afk person when everyone else selects 2-4?

Why can’t I hit a right-click/boot which then prompts the person to acknowledge that they have to actually get off their ass or they will be kicked from the queue?

It’s kind of off topic but lv 330 dungeon is quite easy and I do it SOLO for 7 of my characters 3x a day so that’s like 21 times a day solo and it doesn’t even take long. Just make sure you get the free equipment and weapons from Wing’s of Vaivora in town. lv 400 you need to play together most of the time but lv 400 one is quite easy to queue up and start fast.

Doesn’t it work that if you go solo you don’t get any of the extra EXP?
