Can you enter a dungeon with one friend and the rest of the members random ? how do you do this ? example, me and my brother want to enter the dungeon together but still want to find 3 more random members

Yeah kinda.
There is no direct option on it, to queue with an existing Party.
My Boyfriend and I will do as follow:

Sit next to each other/ use telephone/ skype call/ Ts3 (what ever)

open up the “enter / search for Party / Cancel” window
-
One of you counts -> 1. … 2 … 3… (press button)
-
Press “Search for Party” in the same moment
-
Hope you get a run together (take spot 1+2 / 2+3/ 3+4 / 4+5)
This works like in 95% of the Time.
Its the only way I know of. D:
I hope to see a “search for Party - with excisting Party” b utton in some Time.

but basically…
it’s random.
you cannot enter “together”.
you enter separately, at the same time, and hope that the system has enough empty spots in the next party queued up for you both/all to go into.

This is how me and my friends do it as well. It mostly works, sometimes you get unlucky. This works best if the people you are playing with, are around the same level.
