Dungeon on ToS?

Next to trade restrictions, this topic seems to be up there at the top. I’m a little curious as to why is the restriction so bad for this specific game?

In my head this game looks to me like an improved version of RO in many ways, and is obviously way different in others, but i remember in RO most dungeon instances had items/level/time restrictions that where super crazy.
-you needed to finish a high level quest chain to even open the dungeon
-you needed MVP(World Boss) loot to finish the quest to open them
-you had to be at least level 90(with decent equip)
-minimal time restriction was of 12-16 hours to even enter again( you got 1 run per time slot)

I know the loot mech are different, im just using the only other game i remember had build a system around dungeon restrictions.

What im looking is to discuss with those that know more about this game to clarify my understanding of why are the restriction bad for the game play.
