Dungeon not resetting?

Daily Dungeon reset

Is the dungeon reset timer still 6am server time for every server? One of my character did not get the reset today. I know that there have been people facing this issue in the past, isn’t it fixed yet?

Hello!

Yes we are aware of this issue and are looking into it.
Could you please send us a Support Ticket with your character’s info and the time your other characters are resetting. :sob:

It seems that the dungeon is reseted at 6pm server time not 6am as written on the dungeon information, is this an intended change?
