Dungeon Disconnects on both premades and LFG tool

Date and Time : Every day since 24 hour maintenance

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : KB

Bug Description : Trying to run dungeons, both premade and via search party. Keep getting DC’d and booted from party - with no ability to rejoin. This is costing me time and dungeon runs.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Run a dungeon. Get DC’d. Lose daily dungeon run and loot cube.

System

  • CPU : i7
  • RAM : 16gb
  • Graphics Card : nvidia gtx 860m
  • Mainboard : lenovo
  • Storage : ssd
  • OS : win 8.1
  • Internet Connection : 100 MBPS fiber
  • Country, Region : USA, west coast.

I am adding as many official people to this as possible. I am doing this because there has been no acknowledgement of the “Dungeon DC” issue since the end of the 24 hour maintenance. We are going on 3 days now with neither a fix for disconnect issues, or acknowledgement that IMC is aware of the issue.

I would like to request an answer from any official party listed above, that there is a fix in the works. When I look at the [Moderator] feed, the only things I’m seeing are people getting individual resolutions for transfer issues. There are no mentionings of the disconnect issues that are affecting every game server.

Please fix this issue, and let us know that you are aware of the issue and are working on it. ANY form of communication in regards to this matter would be appreciated.

I am experiencing the same problem. This is so annoying.

I’m running windows 10, with a xbox360 controller and playing from south america.

when can we expect a real fix for the lfg tool?
