Dungeon didn't reset

Team Name:FlandreS

Character Name: NotWarlock

Bug Description : Dungeon didn’t reset. I was in a dungeon during the reset, at 6:03 am I finished. After relogging and checking other characters, this is the only character that didn’t get reset.

first image is to show server time, and other showed how my dungeon didnt reset.

This has happened 3 times this week, if theres some way to prevent or lower the chance of this error please do tell.

Instant Dungeons Not Resetting

-We are receiving reports of Instance entry counts not being reset and we are looking into the issue.

This issue has been here for almost two weeks now. I understand that they might be having a hard time in getting a bug fix for this, but why don’t they give out instance reset vouchers for those who are currently being affected by this. Everytime that one of my characters don’t reset, I send a ticket and I always end up getting a mere apology instead of the proper compensation. That’s token time being wasted, and also not being able to participate in the cherry blossoms event.

i did send 5 ticket on the last 2 week about it …
i guess they dont think dailies is something important …

Maintenance on 18th April 2017

Instanced Dungeon Reset

  • Fixed the components suspected of causing the issue of daily instanced dungeon entries not resetting at the corresponding time.

But i still get the bug when my wizard not resetted and my swordman were resetted.

4 out of 5 my characters’ instances didnt get reset. But somehow i have a theory that you should prevent yourself doing dailies past 00:00 server time. Otherwise, you will get a higher chance of getting instances reset bug.
