Hey guys, i’m experiencing a really weird disconnect problem, also note this is not just me but my party member as well. at the last moment when we finish killing the boss, the game froze, the disconnect notice pop up and take me back to the character selection screen. This happen to me on mission run and Hollow thorn forest dungeon. If anyone also experience the same problem please comment on the post with details on how it happen so we can help dev fix it. Note: i thought i was internet connection problem but it’s not, everything run fine when it happen .
i would like to add: im a varena player, i tried to ping telsia server (because i don’t know the ip for varena and assume that both server is similar since they all located in Singapore )and it seem the ping only fluctuate around 40~80. Still got disconnect from server everytime finish runing the dungeon.
Same here, it’s a major bug. Let’s wait for IMC responses…
I got this problem too. I thought it’s just a normal disconnection. Got disconnected after finished both lvl 90 dungeon runs last night. I’m playing in Telsiai server.

I can only provided these 2 dungeons at the moment because these are the 2 i’m able to play in my free time yesterday when the problem happen. i will try to test out other dungeon as well. As always, keep up the good work.
i got a photo regards this problem. I ping the connection from my place to telsia it show 23~25 ms. so there’s really no lag or bad network problem. But every time i finish the dungeon it keep on like this.

Hello again, i would like to update regards this issue: as always player get disconnect and move to the character selection. i’m playing Siauliai mission and hollow thorn forest and this still happen every time i run. i also ask my teammate if they are experiencing the same problem and they all said yes, Apparently this affect all players not just some people. Footage regards this matter is similar to the one that already been posted. As always, keep up the good work and thank you for your time. Please keep us update regards this matter soon.
