Bug Description:

I cant properly Queue (well i can go on queue).
As shown on the pic. i cant see the players that are on queue, also it does not show the regular icon of my job class or other job class of other players on queue,

I ask some of the player if how many are on queue. Given that 3 are on queue, so i decided to re-queue and ask them if the number change, but base on them the number of players on queue remain on 3, mean i wasn’t able to join the queue that they are on even though we are planning to run the same dun (dun 260). Same when doing mission on Fedimian.

We tried to do a PT queue on a mission at Fedemian, It work out properly and manage to finish the mission. Later on i decided to try if it will work now on solo Queue on Dun and mission. But on the end same thing happend to my side.

i dint manage to get a screen shot that i been waiting for around 30 min
which burned my xp Tome. and im about to burn another XP tome coz i use another one when we try to do the PT test on the mission.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Dun or Mission
  2. Go on Queue

Whenever you saw the queue is 100, please log out and relogin again.

I solve last time by quit till the server page and relogin again.

I tried log out and reloging many times and nothing ._.

Done it many times.
im using a PC and a laptop.
done that thing few times on both device.

Just adding a reply here to help the numbers, since I don’t think that many people take the time to report stuff.

This is also affecting most of my characters. The mission queue shows 100 people in queue, but my own character symbol never appears and no other people are shown. I’ve tried other buttons, relogging, restarting the client, and nothing works. It occasionally has worked randomly, but only long enough to do 2 mission runs.

Time: Since the 5/2/2017 maintenance

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Attempt to queue dungeons/missions
  2. Bug occurs

In the screenshot you can see 100 people in queue, >2 minutes in queue, but no symbol change and no queuing occurring.

OK SERIUSLY. This bug still not fix yet? i still cant play any dun or mission quest.
LIKE SERIUSLY?
i cant even get any replay or response from the staff or GM on game.
