Dumbbell used to "label monsters as target for next atk/skill" monsters

When dumbbell (sub-weapon) is used, several monsters are marked (blink white once, sfx as if hit). The next atk skill that is being used hits all “marked” monsters, no matter where they are, even at the edge of the screen, but doesnt hit “unmarked” monster right in front of the character (e.g. with “smite” or “double punch”). However, the monster “marking” still follows the basic “Aoe ratio” rule (ratio in character info tab). So with an Aoe ratio of 6, 6 small monsters can be marked. If the monsters are bigger, less monsters are “marked”.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. use dumbbell
  2. use attack skill, for example paladin’s “Smite”
