Dual Wielding? what class? Builds?

As the title says? What class can dual wield and it’s build? a total newb here… sorry…

Technically all of them, but Corsair specializes in using a One-Handed Sword or Spear with a Dagger, and Rogues specialize in Crossbow and Dagger.

Unfortunately not. Corsair will be your closest thing to dual-wielding.
