Is there any class in the swordsman rank that could carry two weapons? if there is any which is the best stat to make?
and a high damage swordsman something like much much damage? all str xd any?
At rank 5 Corsair can dual wield. Here is a decent build. You could go highlander at rank 2 instead of swordsman if you want. Get high dex and str add con later.

how decent is the dmg done? only pve?
It will do well in both pve and pvp. You get buffs, stuns, and good damage.

do you know any high damage rank? like pure str?
Most points into str with some con and dex for endgame might be best.
