I’ve never used druid’s telepath before. How does it work? Can I use it to control a boss monster in hard PvE content?
I was thinking about making a support kabbalist3 that can deal some damage (from druid), and was wondering if I should max telepath for harder content.

You can’t aplly telepath debuff on boss monsters, this skill is pretty much useless in PvE content.
No. It only works on Players, Normal Mobs and Installations ( Statues, Pears, Caltrops, etc ). Elite mobs are Boss can’t be telepathed, also the small mobs in Velco can’t be Telepathed.
Telepath sucks because it’s a one-on-one target and you can’t even move. And even with the attribute ( which is really expensive ), it’s still subpar, PvE ( not instance ) wise

Can you telepath the dolls in ET?
No, dolls are ALLIES therefore you can’t telepath them to safety.
