could anyone tell me how to obtain Spectre transformation? I know it’s by Oracle skill but could someone tell me more detailed information (what mobs can be shifted into Spectre, what lvl of skill Oracle needs etc.)?

Hello, there is no specific mob that needs to be changed to get Spectra, it is purely rng. There is also no specific level required, meaning you can get Spectra with just lvl 1.
But in saying this, I have an Oracle and I haven’t been able to summon a Spectra for quite a while. Maybe they ninja patched it to lessen its % (Just my experience).
