Druid Class - what are viable builds?

Hi there. I have cleric2-diev3-druid-pd build right now and im interested in full druid 2 build.

Im interested in what are viable druid outside meta diev3 or krivis3 builds? As iv seen Dievdirbys isnt really INT class as only Carve Owls doest gain from this stat. Looking as Strefea Troth is nice support could we build other support classes around Druid2? I mean builds which dont work with full INT. Could we build good Druid2 on con/spr with Priest3 for example? What about Cleric3-Priest2-Druid2 build?

Im just asking for nice build outside dievdirbys and krivis (i have first one and krivis seems to lack dps/support to work nice with build). Any thoughs?

TL:DR - im looking for non meta krivis/dievdirby nice druid2 builds  Doesn’t have to be full int - it just needs to be viable and have synergy.

Cleric C2 -> Bokor C3 -> Druid C2

Would be nice to have more arguments. Anyone can shout random classes;]

With the current content druids don’t really have much flexibility.

You either go for very high INT or very high CON or an even balance between both.

SPR priest won’t benefit you much cause you’re effectively losing the damage from carnivory/cure to get a better blessing. It won’t make up for the lost damage and you still get a nice blessing bonus with the default high INT build.

SPR won’t benefit druids in any way… If you want to focus on blessing + stone skin with high SPR then you might as well want to pick something else instead of druid…

STR or DEX druid builds are currently non-existant. You have to give up on monk to get druid and there aren’t very good STR/DEX skills outside monk class. There’s Smite + Conviction but you won’t be able to pick paladin c3 together with druid c2 so forget about paladins. And it’s not worth it building STR/DEX just for Carve Attack alone.

So basically, you’re limited to the Cleric / Priest / Krivis / Bokor / Sadhu / Diev class combinations focused around INT or CON.

You can pick Kaba, Inquisitor, Taoist or maybe even Miko though.

Chaplain>Druid2 has worked out pretty good for me.

I have balanced-ish stats. 100 Con 60 Spr rest in Int.

You are still a support class in this scenario. Druid adds some very good single target dps, and with Cure and Blessing you can get some decent DPS off.

Sterea Trofh is where Druid2 shines though. In my build it helps offset the lack of Cleric2 (heals and upgraded SZ).

Your skill rotation for single targets usually looks like:

Throw heals, Chrotasmata, Sterea/Carnivory (which you throw first depends on the situation), Cure, AA

The amount of support you have to provide depends on your party though. Some parties need little more than your 10 heal tiles, others need to be babysat constantly.

For this build, don’t use Revive before fights (unless your party will be 1 hit, or you’re in pvp) save it for when both your heals are on cooldown.

Most part of cleric rank 6/7 classes suit very well others rank classes.
Maybe the bad path is only if you take Monk-Druid, because Monks focus on STR-Con, but Before when people tought Carve Owl would make damage with Telepath actived, I already saw krivis-monk-druid (for zaibas) and diev_monk_druid (for carve own).

Yet, I personally think Diev suit Druid more. I dont know about C3 but c2 for me is not worth. Will be much better if you choose PD or kabalist on Rank 7, but its your choice. As I mentioned, for me Cleric classes on rank 7 suit very well most party of previous classes. If you want max sinergy on your build, I recoment first you see what style of game you like more, and then see if the sinergy with druid continue.
Not to mention I highly recomend you to research about C3 class of Druid, that I dont know what are the benefits.

Remember: Play with what you like more, not only because damage or because someone told you that is the optimal build. On the end game if your class get nerfed or buffed you dont will care, because you will be playing with what you like, and the game will not be sickening even if this dont happen.

Good luck, have fun while you can!

Strefea Troth just 10sec while Ausrine 40sec++

i got my diev3 to druid1

druid1 + pd always better than druid2

but druid3 is interesting

i would skip pd for werewolf druid3

about class combination

druid suit with cleric/krivis/bokor/diev/sadhu

no priest no monk no paladin

priest scale better with spr

unless u want to play int priest (very niche in this patch)

ok blessing ok heal ok support but not good as spr build

stone skin will struck at +400

spr druid is stupid

full con diev-druid is acceptable, but not spr druid

Ausrine is 20 sec at most (with divine might) m8.
I have Dievdirby 3 and i know how he plays
Carve Owl is meh on grind, laima is so so, only world tree is good.

I second chaplain-druid, great dps/off-support.

pros:

  • one with the highest dps output among other cleric builds
  • one of the more action-oriented cleric builds (aka fun)
  • great bosser (between archer & wizards)
  • great synergy with chronolinker (smacking with steroid, linked carnivory, double carnivory & sterea)
  • very sustainable in solo (chaplain) and decent in party (priest + sterea trofh)

cons:

  • going INT = weaker blessing
  • using blunts = cannot enhance MATK
  • 5 heal tiles not enough for certain parties (esp. the yolo ones)
  • druid3 werewolf might have bad synergy with chaplain auto attack
  • u eat all buff slots (must pay for daino scrolls)

What do you think about:
Cleric-Priest2-Diev2-Druid2 build?

I only need revive, mass heal and ress from Priest and laima/World Tree from Diev anyway. Will 5 heals will really nerf this build - won’t mass heal/revive combo make up for lack of heals?

Thing about Dievdirby is - he has nice skills but more lvl only make it last longer (except owl tree, but its really meh skill on PVE). Ausrine is hardly usefull during PVE (only boss fights etc) so no need for dievdirby3.

Also going FUll INT makes stone skin/blessing meh so revive/mass heal and ressurection will work. Only question is if lack of divine might, fade and 5 heals will nerf this build.

I play c1 p1 diev3 druid2
i like diev 3 world tree and austrine is very good and also to maximize owl i go priest beacause of blessing and resurect and right now is waiting for druid3 werewolf look great and i feel heal is ok but hv to manage well

but in pvp isn’t that good i feel telepath is a stupid skill and i hv no skill to attack and to support well too hope werewolf will be great

They must love you in dungeons - only 5 tiles of heal and no massive heal? Thats huge nerf and not something im looking for.

i join party in alemeth and i manage to make everyone survive will just my 5 tiles heal because I have carve world so no one recieve attack so no need heal. just want to mention that in actual play (not theory) this built is still work and still manage to find grinding party easily.

Well my build on game is
Cleric C1 - Priest C3 - Chappy C1 - Druid C1 - Plague Doc. C1 xD
Kinda weird build tho xD

actually those cleric classes are great hahaha

if u take all C2, u simply became an all rounder, good if u are sole support in party (i.e. no overlapping class, especially if other’s got C3)

Yeah but sole support is something rare recently, and 2 clerics dont stack very well if they have The same skill build otherwise one complementar another

Dievdirbys dont need higher lvl skills in my opinion - going c3 only gives better carve owl (weak skill overall) and ausrine (very situational). Do you really need those extra second for duration?

But you could go c1-priest2-diev2 and have all most important skills - only downside seems to be lack of heals, no divine might and no fade. But maybe priest mass heal would compromise heals and druid3 henge would help lack of DM?

somebody said that druid 3 was OP in test server and they started nerfing druid 3 lol…
