Well the question is simple which is the best class pvp and pve

Jokes aside I have no experience with either, but my money is on Dragoon for both
Both are good in pvp.
For shinobi, i recommend hop2>corsair>shinobi for pvp or hop3>doppel>shinobi for pve/boss
So far, seems that shinobi is way better than dragoon for boss killing, even the corsair one.

Peltasta. Sword2 is not worth (obs:sword3 is awesome, but sword2 is garbage)
Dragoon with at least Cata C2 (for PvP) due to it’s high moblity and blocking penetration. I’m not sure about Shinobi but from the looks of it, it has a high burst damage such as from Kunai and Bunshin. However due to its long CD along with other skills, they are good at 1v1 PvP, if you know how to use them that is.
For PvE, personally Dragoon excels better than Shinobi but at bossing, Shinobi shines a lot because as said, due to their skills set.
Cata - Dragoon is the best PvP build for Swordsmen right now, in my opinion.
