Hello, just wondering if serpentine or gae bulg Are worth 1 point investments? Also what does “make weaker to close range Attacks,” actually do? Is it a % increase?
Serpentine is 1 point, only invest if you need a filler skill.
Gae Bulg comes down a bit to preference as it’s difficult to use and the effects are underwhelming, it’s also a 1 point skill. Enemies hit by Gae Bulg receive a debuff for +15% increased melee damage.
Thanks for your answer. I’m goon Barb hop so I have quite a few Attacks as it is. Perhaps I shouldn’t take either then. Although I do find Barb seism and cyclone to not do that much damage.
