I’m levelling a future Dragoon, only for PvE purpose. I’m following the hoplite’s path coz finestra seems quite a good buff; but i heard that finestra alone isn’t enough in order to crit every hit ( or the most at least). So, how many dex is necessary to have a very high crit rate WITH finestra on? Excluding equipment and gems of course
