I dropped a pretty good 1-h spear, so I want to build one of the two. Any of you has tried them and can give me some advice, and some build examples? Sorry for the laziness, but I haven’t tried any of the two classes, so I have no idea how they play and how should they be built
I wanted to add Ret to my build but sadly am 2 handed with a pet…
I think it has to do more if you got a secondary weapon to match that 1h spear and if you got no pet or care for 2h then go for Ret…
the 2 ranks are oil and water if you ask me 
Reit is more Defensive/Utlility.
Dragoon is more Offensive.
I would put Pelt 2/3 in both of these builds.
So Pelt 2/3 Hop 2/3 Goon c3
Hop 2 atleast for spear longue.

Nice! I like the idea of a tanky build for once, my characters for the most part are glass cannons. And my choice goes to… dragoon!
i have tried Reti for a few days but i didn’t feel like it. Dragoon is my last choice.
i have a murmillo with a good/optimal and like 50/60 mill in atributes but im bored of playing, i took a long hiatus like 6 or 7 months and i want to reroll. for me retiarius looks aesthetically pleasing but dunno about dammage etc.
PVE, dragoon.
PVP, Ret. Dragoon isn’t terrible for PVP but there are better PVP swordsman builds.
