+1 for sw>high3>barb>dopp 3.
well, barb 3/high3 got its own pros and cons. if you like spamming skills, go high3, (skull swing+crosscut+skyliner are beast), if you need more aoe skills you go barb 3 path.
This guy path are high 2-barb 2 (old KR meta when skyliner got 0 cd) his skyliner damage are insane. glass mole = leather armor, if this guy go for high 3 path, maybe he can deal up to 140k skyliner. (Lv.10 skyliner + skull swing)

im running out of character slots.
I think thats the guy who has +18 Vienie 2h sword with level 4 transcend. I believe most of his attributes are very high, above 50-70, with some level 100.
You must also consider the effort and dedication it took him to reach that kind of damage. Probably have been playing that character since the beginning.
Doppel has very good potential, but if you plan on overdosing yourself with DoV, you must have party at all time.

dopp is better if u want pure pve
and go high3 barb1 dopp
don’t go barb 3 or sword 2 (duno why some ppl go sword 2, like, wtf)
barb 3 is good if u like to pvp, but dopp is not a pvp build anyway

different guy, look at his weap, “glowing red” magi ths. ( i assume +25 up) 
even though dragoon has great dps i tend to lean towards doppel because of aoe if you want to ET.
both are great honestly, doppel more aoe

with the new aoe head gear
aoe will not be an issue anymore
dragoon with finestra can have
base aoe 4
vubbe 2
hc 1/2/3 3
finestra splash 3
2 gladiator band
so it just a matter of preference
doppel or dragoon

yea dragoon’s dps is great too, especially if you get spear throw with the new buff and dethrone good aoe
but you know its easier to just cyclone 
again i love dragoons but doppel seem easier to execute aoe.
Both are strong though, and have great aoe.

so with lv3++ transcend doppel will dish out more
